Breathing Rainbows

How To Breathe My Rainbows

 

This was invented by my Nan to help me as a child

You may use this to channel, to meditate, and in every day life in bad situations. Even when you know you’re about to lose your temper.

 In your minds eye, some may do this with their eyes closed if you cannot do it with them open. Picture a rainbow, a bright wonderful multi coloured rainbow. Concentrate on it. Then breathe all the colours of that rainbow as deep as you can through your nose. Hold it for a second and then breathe out the dark brown and black of the negative energy through your mouth, just blow it away. Remember to visualise the rainbow, and visualise the dark, bad energy.

 You can do this for as long as you choose as many times as you choose. But please remember you need to see in your minds eye. If the term minds eye is a problem for you, then simply imagine.

 This does work, as an adult I use this to help me cope with physical pain, as an Indigo I use it to deal with the emotional pain also. I also now do this with a rose quartz resting on my throat charka, or my chest.

If anyone has seen “Greenmile”, well that was written on this theory. I was amazed by that as I had done it since I was a kid.

I have taught many people to rainbow recently and I am finding it is really helping people, and it makes me feel proud of myself and that is a rare feeling for any Indigo 

The one thing I do try to remind everyone is that we each do things in our own way. So this is actually breathing my Rainbow. You can use this technique and find your own Rainbow I am sure. I have two friends that do this except they store their bad energy in their minds eye first. One into a red sack, one into a bag. Both are fine. Then they breathe away either the bag itself or it’s contents.
